I have a user that prints reports from our financial software to the PDF printer on our Terminal Server. Our old software let her print a bunch of reports to the PDF printer and then output them into one PDF document without saving each print job as a document first, it just combined them when it was time to print. I can't figure out how to get Adobe Acrobat DC to do that, even though she has a paid version of the software.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you want to merge a number of print jobs in the print queue as one file and save them. Most Non-Adobe products I have dealt with have offered this in a number of ways however AFAIK this has never been a feature that Adobe Acrobat in any incarnation ever supported, you always had to merge using the acrobat program.
